Heroes Quest

D'oh, it seems the princess has been captured by a terrible dragon, now the brave hero must save her.
Heroes Quest is a 2D platformer adventure game where a fearless hero has only one purpose in life, rescue the princess. And he will do it as many times as needed. Or will he?
This is an updated version of the game made for a game jam with the theme: Cycles.

Heroes Quest é um jogo 2D plataforma de aventura, onde um destemido herói possui apenas um propósito na vida, resgatar a princesa! Ou será que não?
Este é um jogo feito em 6 dias para a Game Jaaj 6, com o tema ciclos.

I just realized it would be cool to have the hero slay the princess then have the princess slay the dragon in the same way the princess was slain leading to the dragon killing the knight instead of the princess and leading to the beginning of the knight killing the dragon.
Me spending 30 minutes waiting for something to happen when it says "Stop Walking" while not walking :(...
woukd have been nice if this alternative direction was explored a bit more, in the likes of Ouroboros and such :-)
Great game! Loved how I got to kill the Hero
I love playing Gdevelop games and theorizing how you made certain things work. The only thing I know for certain is that this game is great.
